I offer two kinds of mentoring packages: one is for individual teachers,

and the other for whole faculties (or sub-groups within the faculty, 

such as the College of Teachers).

Individual Teacher Packages:

Teachers, especially early in their careers, need support and guidance 

as they develop their craft.

I offer basic mentoring packages that can then be tailored 

to each teacher’s specific needs.

Package 1: Basic

1. Initial 1 hour phone/video conversation to get an orientation 

and set up the mentoring.

2. 3 x 1-hour phone/video conversations, 

at the beginning of each trimester (Aug/Sep, Dec/Jan, March/Apr).

3. Email availability for two consultations per month (total of 18).

Package 2: Basic Plus

Everything that the Basic has, 

plus 3 additional phone/video conversations (total of 6) 

and two additional email consultations (total of 4 per month, or 36 in all).

Additional Options

1. Site visits – 

Visits may include classroom observations, demonstration teaching, 

help with child observations, and sessions on inner work.

2. In-person meetings within 1-hour driving distance from my home.

Whole School Mentoring

Mentoring for whole schools may include –

1. Support for study (see also the heading on this site for lecture summaries)

2. Support for decision-making groups

3. Site visits

4. Lectures

5. Workshops for a variety of stakeholders (faculty, Board, parents)

There are two basic kinds of whole-school mentoring:
